Loved the Blueberry Almond bar. The texture is great and the bar was very tasty. I hope you are successful with this venture, and that you will be able to lower the cost in the future. My daughter ordered this after seeing it on nostr.

My 3 year old daughter generally takes down 50% of any favor that I pen. Each AUPA flavor is a real treat for a dedicated carnivore. I love these bars refrigerated and even better from the freezer.

I ordered this sample pack to first try AUPA bars. I was hesitant at first because I didn't know what to expect. Turns out I loved the bars so much I ordered the 10-bar variety case on my next order! These bars provide so much satiety when eaten. I'll take one (or 2) for lunch and I'm not hungry for snacks after, very filling and delicious. And they take bitcoin, wow!

Surely the best option for getting AUPA bars! I like all three varieties and enjoy switching up the flavor. Highly recommend the variety pack.

Tried your bars for the first time in preparation for my 14 days in back country Montana for an Elk hunt and was not disappointed. Relied on these for my sole source of midday calories and they kept me going throughout the entirety of the trip and 60+ miles. I’ll be back!

Finally Meat And Tallow That Tastes Good! I've tried other meat bars in the past and I wanted to like them but it was hard to. AUPA has found a way to make meat and tallow taste good! I feel full after and will be buying again.

I loved the ingredients, (real/natural) with nothing fake. The flavor, I thought was very well balanced (not overpowering with spice or sweetness), just a solid blend. I ate while working a 10 hour shift, and felt sustained in regards to appetite. My favorite part about the AUPA Carnivore was the texture. Very soft, and pleasant to consume. Overall loved the bar.

From Rebecca on Amazon: "One of my friends, who knows I've been changing my diet, recommended Grain Brain to me. I had already thrown out my white flour, sugar and pretty much anything that had a high glycemic index. What I wasn't prepared for was finding out that whole wheat flour was something I should have tossed too. This at first made me sort of mad and I rebelled and made myself a batch of whole wheat cookies with coconut sugar. But then I read more of the book and the information started to make more sense. In fact this book was so convincing that I ended up tossing my whole wheat flour and cookies in the trash. I am now thinking of going gluten free like some of my friends. There are so many gluten-free options I don't think I'll be bored. What really got me while reading this book is that eating whole wheat bread is actually worse than just eating some sugar. That was a bit shocking. But when I looked up the glycemic index for whole wheat bread it is 71. Sugar is 68. Something like a chocolate cupcake is 38. I was surprised that eating a piece of cake was probably better for you than eating whole wheat bread. Well as far as the glycemic index goes. The glycemic load tells more of the story. Dr. David Perlmutter has really written this book for people who want to live to a really old age without cognitive decline. He basically promotes getting rid of your wheat and sugar for mental health reasons. You will also want to read this book if you are worried about your cholesterol. I didn't know that the real problem was sugar binding to LDL. Dr. David Perlmutter explains what LDL really does when it isn't oxidized. I was surprised to learn that I am actually taking most of the supplements recommended in this book. There is information on turmeric, resveratrol and alpha-lipoic acid There is a bit of time spent discussing exercise, calorie restriction and fasting. I'd highly recommend you not fast unless you absolutely know what you are doing. Read more books on the subject and consult with your doctor. This book does not have enough information to safely fast. When you see the gourmet recipes in this book you may not have trouble giving up potatoes and parsnips. The glycemic index for parsnips is 97, just as much as if you ate fried chicken. And you thought all vegetables were healthy! I'm going to try the recipe for broccoli soup as it has coconut milk in it and looks delicious. The chocolate coconut mousse made with coconut milk also looks great and is very easy to make. So after reading this book you may also throw out your whole wheat flour, sugar, all-purpose flour, etc. I am finding that I can make some really good recipes with coconut flour. I tried the no-macaroni and cheese from The Wheat Belly Cookbook - minus the flaxseeds (I used chopped pecans instead) and it was really good. The cheese sauce could also be used as a dip. So while it may upset you to have to give up another ingredient and food, for me maybe it will be for the best. Just consult with your doctor before taking extreme measures. ~The Rebecca Review P.S. I made the chocolate mousse and it was better when I added just a small amount of honey. The stevia sweetened it a lot but it needed something to contrast with the bitterness of the cocoa powder. I can see adding vanilla next time. The texture is more like freshly whipped cream than a mousse but it will satisfy you if you are used to eating chocolate pudding cups. P.S. II - 8/26/2015 - It seems like it might be impossible to totally live without wheat. I went back to eating whole wheat cereal because it is good fiber. I am however still eating way less bread. I find that if I don't have some wheat I feel terribly hungry. So my conclusion is that I still need some carbohydrates in the form of wheat."

From Freda on Amazon: "I've spent my entire life questioning the system and going against the grain. I was a vegetarian, a vegan, a raw vegan and a Seventh Day Adventist during my 20's. I had a lot of health problems as a teenager and was in search for answers. I tried the no meat approach and got only sicker, more depressed, weaker, fatter and just plain miserable. I remember the first time I decided I was going to eat meat again and had some roasted chicken. I couldn't stop eating it. It was so delicious. While I started eating meat again, I was still deeply entrenched in the ideas that I needed greens too so I ate a lot of chicken salads. I didn't start eating more red meat until I learned about Weston A. Price and even then I was only eating red meat several times a week. Even though I adopted all the beliefs of the Weston A. Price foundation and incorporated them into my daily life for several years, I just kept getting sicker and sicker and sicker. I then switched to a Paleo Diet felt better, hopped over to a Keto Diet (indulging on copious amounts of fat and low protein) and while I felt better for a couple of months, I was losing gobs of hair and then my health took a turn for the worst. At that point, I was forced into an all-red meat diet before there was even a term for it. I started reading Protein Power by Dr. Michael Eades and learned how important animal protein was to the body. I was scared because all I could eat was red meat. I couldn't handle anything else but red meat. My body would blow up like a balloon if I tried to eat anything else. My digestive system could only handle red meat. Magically, within 6 months I got better. I mean I just didn't get better I was a freaking superhero. I became so lean and stronger than I had ever been in my life. I was able to do 10 hallow body (true) pull-ups and human flags. I couldn't even hold myself up to the bar during our high school physical ed testing. Here at 34 years old, I was a beast. I did "carnivore" for about 18 months and as my body healed I began to add more foods back into my diet and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I was still under the belief system that red meat was bad and caused cancer and there wasn't enough information still about eating just red meat. So I started adding back chicken and protein shakes and replaced my red meat which went back down to only eating a couple of times a week. Within 2 years my health my a drastic and sharp decline to the point where I was turning blue/purple, my blood pressure was dropping so low I could barely walk/stand and I would pass out. I was having severe neurological issues, digestive issues and more. By the time I found a holistic doctor I was diagnosed with Epstein Barr, Lyme disease, hypothyroid nd more. I then started my $1000 a month supplement program which included bio-identical hormone therapy, thyroid medications, and a host of other crap I had to swallow. In the beginning, I was grateful to get some sort of normal life back, but then I started questioning everything. Not to mention spending $1000 a month on supplements just to stay awake sucked. I kept asking there MUST be a better way. Then in December of 2018 I started making serious changes. By March I came across Shawn's Instagram page and followed. When I reached out to him and he told me he takes ZERO supplements I was floored. I couldn't stop thinking about it. I was like HOW is that even possible. We've been conditioned to believe that we can't survive without supplements today because we are deficient, the soil is deficient and therefore if we don't supplement we are deficient. Like every time I would get my blood tested I was always super low in magnesium no matter how much oral supplements I would swallow or how much magnesium I would slather on my body or Epsom salt baths I would take, I was low. But, after reading Shwan's book, I understand why. More importantly, since I've doubled up on my red meat, I don't NEED as much magnesium anymore. By July of 2019, I was able to come off of pretty much EVERYTHING. As I write this review, I still can't believe I quit everything and I feel the best and I have the CONFIDENCE now with this book. I have the research to back it up which I didn't have before and a community of like-minded people who also are thriving and that is huge. I've been low carb for a long time so the transition was easy for me and now you couldn't get me to touch chicken. All I eat is red meat and raw milk. I've even cut back significantly on my water consumption. Today I'm 47 years old, I feel like I'm aging backward and the things I can do with my body are incredible. Shawn is 100% correct about the Seventh Day Adventist's hand in shaping our nutritional advice. This book will really make you think about EVERYTHING. Even in Keto land most of the KETO players have to "fill the nutritional gap" and sell crap. Their keto coaching and culture is founded on all their foods and supplements. They all have something to sell whether it is supplements, collagen protein or expensive junk food bars. If you have to "fill the gap" it isn't a sustainable diet and who the hell wants to walk around pricking their fingers or peeing on sticks and hoping for ketones and just being obsessed in general. I love this diet because it is so simple; eat when you're hungry, drink when you're thirsty, eat red meat! Shawn has changed my life and I'm so grateful for this book! I'd give it 10 stars if it would let me."

In "The Big Fat Surprise" Nina blasts through conventional food wisdom we have all become accustom to in the Western world. We live by the food pyramid which is based largely on carbs. But there is a massive problem brewing up, chronic disease and obesity are skyrocketing and are a serious problem for society and the survival of the human rave. Nina goes through every detail and references many scientific and peered reviewed data showing how a diet based on animal products is not unhealthy but is linked to many positive health benefits. The world has been misled about saturated fats from animals and have been tough they are a death sentence. Well its not, saturated fat is critical to optimal health. In the day of vegan pressure are every corner, Nina demonstrates how veganism is actually not very healthy for the average person and a balanced diet centric on animal products is critical. I highly recommend this book as it shifted our world view.
